A South Lanarkshire takeaway has been handed a new "improvement required" food hygiene rating. Cookiez N Creamz, a takeaway at 7-9 Kyle Square, Rutherglen, Glasgow was given the score after assessment on July 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows. It means that of South Lanarkshire's 178 takeaways with ratings, 140 (79%) have pass ratings and 38 (21%) require improvement.
